2014 AFN NATIONAL CHIEF ELECTION
The 2014 AFN National Chief Election was hosted in Winnipeg, Manitoba with 6,000 delegates travelling to the event. Modern Clan designed a brand for the event, sponsorship package, website and set up social media. With a social media strategy to keep the audience informed, visitors to the Winnipeg could access information easily.
Modern Clan also developed the graphics and print materials for the “Empowering our Youth” Gala.
Fisher River Hawks - A Junior B Campaign
FISHER RIVER HAWKS – A JUNIOR B CAMPAIGN
Fisher River Cree Nation was in the application process to get a Junior B team in the community, they felt a video showcasing the rich hockey history in the community would help. The goal of the video is to show how involved the community is with hockey and give some history of hockey in the community.

We Can Change | Anti-Bullying Campaign
We Can Change was an anti-bullying campaign designed for the Ochekwiwanasowewin Restorative Justice Program. Posters designed to mimic a text screen were distributed throughout the community. Getting the attention of the target audience through the design of the campaign was important.
The series of posters were distributed throughout the community of Fisher River Cree Nation and feedback was very positive from members of the Nation.

CHANGE OUR WAYS
Change Our Ways was a social marketing campaign to raise awareness about addictions in the community of Fisher River Cree Nation. A series of posters were developed for drug, alcohol, gambling, and prescription drug addiction as well as domestic violence. The series of posters were distributed throughout the community in 2015.

The Fisher River Cree Nation logo was based on the current logo for the community. The historical scene of Blackfoot Crossing was used as inspiration for both logos. The logo is used on stationary like business cards, the website, social media, print and marketing materials.

OCHEKWI-SIPI INTERNET SERVICES
Ochekwi-Sipi Internet Services is located in Fisher River Cree Nation. Modern Clan designed the logo around the Four Directions. A simple clean logo with a professional look was requested. Ochekwi-Sipi Internet Services provides residential and commercial high-speed wireless Internet is owned and operated by Fisher River Economic Development.

FISHER RIVER CREE NATION WEBSITE
The web presence for Fisher River Cree Nation was designed to showcase the community. With a rich history and culture, the website for Fisher River Cree Nation is an important communications tool for the community.
Some of the features of the community website are: an interactive history timeline, social media integration, powerful photography showcasing the culture, event feed, video integration and it is easy to navigate. The website also automatically adjusts to a mobile version for easy reading on smartphones and tablets.

Cree Nation Radio 103.5 FM
CREE NATION RADIO 103.5 FM
Modern Clan is working with Fisher River Cree Nation to upgrade and expand their current radio station. Along with a new brand and image, Cree Nation received system and equipment upgrades that allow the station to generate revenue. A radio manager position was created and funded by profits generated.
Cree Nation Radio 103.5 FM will soon stream online through Fisher River Cree Nation’s website.
Fisher River Cree Nation 140th Community Celebration
140th Community Celebration
Fisher River Cree Nation’s 140th Community Celebration was held July 25, 2015 to August 6, 2016. This marked the first homecoming for the community as well as the return of the Annual York Boat Races. This 3 week also featured Fisher River Cree Nation Annual Treaty Days and Pow Wow.
Modern Clan designed a brand for the celebration along with a communications strategy, program book, poster series, water bottles, t-shirts, temporary tattoos, flags and provided photography.
